Objectivess

• To conduct courses and programmes related to career enhancement in youth, youth development and leadership in all regions.
  
  
• To conduct international conferences and seminars on youth development and leadership,  and consecutively based on the resolutions of the conferences and seminars, strategic actions are then being planned and implemented to address urgent and critical issues affecting a country or a region.
  
• To conduct research and development projects pertaining to the enhancement of youth’s leadership capacities and the expansion of their opportunities and participation in community development in the whole world.
