Costa Rica Youth Policy

 

An extract of the NYP says, “The Public Policy of the Young Person responds to the ideal of young person aspires to have in the country, that is, a person who acts and interacts in search of meeting their needs and preferences, and opportunities ensure their inclusion in national development, enjoying all rights and social, cultural, economic, political and civil rights.” The youth policy was adopted in 2010 following a 2006 action plan.
